By accessing, browsing, or completing a transaction on www.almujtaba.in, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age (or using under parental supervision) and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

All product listings, stock levels, MRPs, and promotional pricing are subject to availability. Al-Mujtaba Perfumes reserves the right to:

• Limit purchase quantities per customer or order address in case of rare perfume oil constraints.
• Refuse or cancel any order placed with typographical errors or incorrect pricing before dispatch (with 100% refund).
• Discontinue or modify bottle sizes, formulas, or packaging without prior notice.

We strive to deliver orders within 3–7 business days depending on delivery pincodes across India. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our handover to authorized shipping carriers (BlueDart, Delhivery, India Post).

Due to the personal and cosmetic nature of fine perfumes:

• Replacement Guarantee: We offer a 7-day replacement for bottles received in damaged or broken condition with unboxing proof.
• Non-Returnable: Opened or tested perfume bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

All content on www.almujtaba.in—including logos, product names, graphics, layout code, and text—is the exclusive intellectual property of Al-Mujtaba Perfumes & Attars and protected under copyright & trademark laws.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
