Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items Exception:

If your order arrives damaged during transit, suffers leakage, or contains an incorrect product, you are protected under our Customer Replacement Guarantee:

• 7-Day Notification Window: You must notify Al-Mujtaba Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.
• Verification & Proof: Please provide your order number alongside clear photographs or unboxing video footage clearly showing the defect, transit damage, or incorrect item received.
• Resolution: Upon verification by our inspection team, we will immediately arrange a free replacement shipment or issue an appropriate refund to your original payment method.

We partner with reputable Indian logistics networks (including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post) to ensure swift and safe arrival of fragile glass bottles and incense:

• Processing & Dispatch: Orders are individually packaged with leak-proof seals and protective cushioning, dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation.
• Real-Time Tracking: Once handed over to the courier partner, an automated shipment confirmation with a direct tracking number is sent to your registered email address and mobile number.
• Delivery Timelines: Metro cities typically receive deliveries within 2–4 business days; non-metro regions and remote pin codes take 4–7 business days depending on transit routes.

• Product Availability: All catalog items (Attars, Perfumes, Room Fresheners, Humidifiers, Bakhoor, Burners, Bakhoor Sticks, Agarbatti, and Empty Bottles) are subject to stock availability. Al-Mujtaba reserves the right to limit order quantities or cancel orders in cases of inventory exhaustion or pricing discrepancies.
• Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely via Google Pay (UPI), debit cards, credit cards, and verified net banking gateways. Full payment must be completed before an order is fulfilled and dispatched.
• Pricing Transparency: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. In the rare event of a typographical pricing error, we will contact you prior to processing with the option to confirm or cancel the order.
